After reading what others have written about the Tea Kettle Inn, it is apparent that all guests are given the same special attention we experienced. We found the rooms and breakfasts prepared with attention to detail and Pat and Kevins hospitality was warm and inviting. We left feeling we had new friends in Manheim.

We had a delightful two night stay in June. It is no stretch to state that this is our favorite B and B--for many reasons. The home is charming, well maintained, decorated with care and class, and absolutely spotless. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully decorated (we got to peek in each one!), done tastefully, creatively, and with much care. Nothing is overdone. The breakfasts, served in the lovely dining room, were bountiful, delicious, and well presented. Room rates were so reasonable. Pat and Kevin are great hosts who made us feel so welcome.
Whenever we have occasion to visit the Lancaster area, there is no doubt that we will plan to stay at The Tea Kettle Inn.

Thank you for a wonderful time. We have been to Lancaster many times over the years, but this has by far been the most enjoyable. The reason is the Tea Kettle Inn. I had no idea what to expect by staying at a B & B except that it should be nice and a nice breakfast was included. We had a very nice room and delicious breakfasts. But, as we said before, the best part was feeling like you welcomed us into your home, not to your business. Thank you. Your gift of welcome made all the difference between just another visit to the Amish country and a wonderful time. I intend to recommend you to anyone I talk to. I will also tell them not to try to find directions on Map Quest but to call you instead.

"Wonderful and relaxing stay"
My husband and I stumbled upon this place while frantically trying to find a place to stay at the last minute in the Lancaster area to visit our mother. In fact it was so last minute that we didn't know exactly when we'd be arriving, how to get there, etc. Patty was so accommodating and helpful over the phone as we were making the reservation.
When we finally got to Tea Kettle Inn, Patty and Kevin made us feel at home immediately with their warm welcome. We had such a relaxing night of stay in our spacious room, which had their personal touches all over the room in the detail.
In the morning, we enjoyed wonderful sumptuous breakfast with another couple guests who were happy returnees to this place. It was such a nice, happy experience for us to be able to connect with strangers so immediately over delicious homemade meal. We enjoyed Patty and Kevin's taste in decorating their house and garden as well as the original details of the house they managed to preserve so lovingly.
The place was spotless clean (which is ultimately the most important factor in enjoying our stay) and a warm atmosphere. Next time we visit our mother, we'd definitely stay at this inn again.

"Very accommodating and hospitable"
My fiance and I stayed at the Tea Kettle Inn for 1 night and thought it was great! We've stayed at several B&Bs in the past and this reasonably priced one is by far the nicest. The hosts (Pat and Kevin) are very friendly. Pat went out of her way to accommodate my fiance's dietary restrictions (finding recipes, making a trip to the health food store, etc, before we arrived). We had very good custom-made omelets, toast, fruit, and juice for breakfast. Our room (Avonlea) was a nicely decorated, good sized room. The towels were high quality and smelled like they were fresh out of the dryer (so did the sheets). There were more little toiletries provided than most B&Bs or hotels have. The house was spotless and has been well-kept. My fiance and I plan to stay there again anytime we're in that area and need lodging.
